29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. (a) 200 Horace Mann Avenue Red Lion PA - Employee(s) were on a flat roof 11 feet 10 1/2 inches high engaged in support work activity taking screws out of 2x4's and laying out a curb for the HVAC unit to be installed without the benefit of a fall protection system, exposing employees to a fall hazard, on or about June 25, 2021. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
