29 CFR  1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a. On or about June 24, 2021, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing commercial gutter operations, ten (10) feet two (2) inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards.
