29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):"Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of this section.  (a) Location - 189 East Merrimack Street, Lowell, MA:  On or about 6-24-21, an employee was exposed to 15-foot fall hazards while receiving lumber on the second floor roof edge without fall protection.  Oslima Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1506005, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 4-16-21, with respect to a workplace located at 44 North Gate Park, Newton,  MA .

(a) Location - 189 East Merrimack Street, Lowell, MA:  On or about 6-24-21, the employer did not provide fall protection training for an employee who was exposed to fall hazards.
