29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): a. On or about June 21, 2021, in the production department, an employee was required to operate the KeK Mill machine on a daily basis. The employer failed to provide adequate guarding for the KeK Mill, thereby exposing an employee to the hazards associated with unguarded rotating parts during the operating cycles.
