Employees grab products from the conveyor and place them into boxes for packaging. An employee suffered a fingertip amputation when he was grabbing products and his finger was caught in the ingoing nip point created by conveyor and backstop, on or about, June 23, 2021.  There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
