29 CFR  1910.305(g)(2)(iii):Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws:  a) At 11088 Millpark Dr, Maryland Heights, MO 63043 - On or about July 28, 2021, the employer did not ensure that flexible cords and cables connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to the joins or screws on the power supply to the light fixture in the warehouse.
