29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): Workplace, 10 Pomeroy Road, Parsippany, NJ The employer failed to develop and implement a written hazard communication program for employees performing Cleanline Room operations who handle and manually pump chemicals including but not limited to Isopropyl Alcohol and Nitric Acid between 55 gallon drums and parts treatment tanks. On May 20, 2021 incompatible chemicals were mixed and employees were exposed to an exothermic reaction releasing toxic vapors including Nitric Oxides. Violation occurred on or about May 20, 2021
