29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards: a) 52 Garnet Dr. Acworth, Lot # 9 - On or about June 25, 2021, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that the employer failed to provide a training program to employees for fall hazards to enable them to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to follow in order to minimize them when employees were working on second floor of a residential construction site approximately 10 feet above the lower level.
