29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, form and scrap lumber with protruding nails, and all other debris, shall be kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures. Commercial Building: On or about June 24, 2021, and at times prior thereto, workers were exposed to a trip and fall hazard while walking down hallways with debris and material scattered on the floor.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards that would enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: On or about June 24, 2021, workers were exposed to a fall hazard greater than 6 feet to the ground below, while installing roof trusses without being trained in recognizing and addressing fall hazards.
