29 CFR 1926.850(c): All electric, gas, water, steam, sewer, and other service lines were not shut off, capped, or otherwise controlled, outside the building line before demolition work was started, and the affected utility companies were not notified: a. At 600 North Atlantic Avenue in Daytona Beach Florida: On or about June 24, 2021, and at times prior, the employer exposed three employees to a 115-Volt electrical shock hazard and electrical burn hazards, in that the hazardous electrical energy in unprotected electrical outlets, junction boxes, and circuit breakers, was not disconnected from the building, prior to commencing demolition work.
