Violation was observed on or about June 17, 2021. b) Worksite was located at 239 Boyden Avenue, Maplewood, NJ 07040 Employees were exposed to health and struck by hazards as they were clearing the site by cutting down trees and clearing brush without using head protection, hearing protection, eye protection or chaps. Violation was observed on or about June 21, 2021.
