A). on or about 06/25/21, at the site of 99-10 218th Street, Queens Village. NY Employees installing the foundation in an insufficient excavation approximately 9 ft. in depth were exposed to the hazard of cave-in. A slope of the excavation was approximately 45 degree instead 34 degree for type C. ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
