29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): a. At the jobsite located at 203 Bay Dr. N Bradenton Beach, Florida - On or about June 23, 2021, the employer did not provide frequent and regular inspections of job site, materials, and equipment by a competent person to identify and correct safety and health hazards. Sub-contracted employees were exposed to fall hazards due to lack of fall protection and deficiencies in the construction and installation of supported scaffold while performing framing activities.
