29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: Location: 7 Church St Bedford Hills NY 10507 a) On or about June 28, 2021, two employees were exposed to a fall hazard while working on the roof of a building without fall protection - approximately 23ft from the edge of the roof to the ground.
