The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated.  On or about June 25, 2021, an employee was observed riding and working from aerial lift platform without a personal fall arrest system. This condition exposed the employee to a fall hazard from heights of six feet or greater.
