29 CFR 1926.502(f)(1)(ii): When mechanical equipment is being used, the warning line shall be erected not less than 6 feet (1.8 m) from the roof edge which is parallel to the direction of mechanical equipment operation, and not less than 10 feet (3.1 m) from the roof edge which is perpendicular to the direction of mechanical equipment operation: (a) 15 Pleasant View Drive Fry Communication Roof - The employer was using a manually pushed spreader applying a roof sealed walking directly into the warning line with the warning line set back from 7 feet to 13 feet and would go on the outside of the warning line to allow the spreader to puddle, exposing employees to a fall hazards, on or about June 30, 2021. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
