29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(13):The top or top step of a stepladder shall not be used as a step.  On or about April 13, 2021, an employee assisting in hanging roof rafters at a framing project used the top step of an a-frame ladder, exposing the employee to fall hazards.  Ensure ladders are utilized in a safe manner and that ladders provided are appropriate for the task.
