29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6):Industrial truck drivers were not required to look in the direction of, and keep a clear view of the path of travel: (a) Warehouse; On or about June 28, 2021 and at times prior to, checkers and pedestrians working/walking around large paper rolls were exposed to struck-by and crush hazards, in that the employer did not ensure that clamp truck operators kept a clear view of the path of travel while maneuvering with large paper rolls in the front of the vehicle.
