29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: (a) CHOICE HOTELS at 9215 E HUMMINGBIRD LANE: On or about May 18, 2021, employees were exposed to hazards at the jobsite including chemical use, flammable liquids, falls from scaffolds without safe access, and working from scaffolding with visible defects, and the employer had not inspected the jobsite to ensure worker safety, to ensure workers and to promptly correct safety and health hazards.
