29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3): When work was performed near overhead lines, the lines were not deenergized and grounded, or other protective measures were not provided before work was started: Site - On or about June 23, 2021, employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards while working in close proximity to the electrical drop lines while engaged in tree removal, where the electrical lines were not de-energized or insulated to prevent the hazard.
