29 CFR 1926.600(a)(6)(i):29 CFR 1926.600(a)(6)(i): For lines rated 50kV or below, a minimum of 10 feet was not maintained between the energized line and the equipment. a) American Food and Vending, 124 Metropolitan Park Drive, Liverpool, NY 13088, on or about 7/2/21: a dump truck bed was elevated underneath 115K power lines within the 10 foot limit, and resulted in an arc flash that caused damage to the vehicle and exposed the driver to electrical burns.
