29 CFR  1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy.   At the worksite located at 25201 MO-78 Building 1, Independence, Missouri 64056, an employee was exposed to caught-in, and amputation hazards associated with performing  cleanout operations of the case line #2 SCAMP machine with inadequate specific procedures. The Employer has employees servicing and maintaining the case line #2 SCAMP machine throughout their work shift. Energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing the case line #2 SCAMP machine during cleanout operations conducted in tandem with machine maintenance operations.
