29 CFR 1926.451(h)(1): Each employee on a scaffold was not provided with additional protection from falling hand tools, debris, and other small objects through the installation of toeboards, screens, guardrail systems, or through the erection of debris nets, catch platforms, or canopy structures that contain or deflect the falling objects: a) 35161 Wright Way, North Shore Plantation Lakes, Millsboro, DE - On or about May 12, 2021, the employer failed to provide additional protection such as, but not limited to, toeboards erected along the edge of platforms more than 10 feet above lower levels exposing employees working below under these platforms to a struck-by hazard posed by items, such as five-gallon buckets containing construction materials set near the unprotected edges on platforms that could be accidently knocked off the edge.
