The battery charging cables located on the Yale powered industrial truck serial number C883N05596U lacked effective strain relief. The red positive battery charging cable protective insulation had pulled away from the plastic battery charging connector, exposing the copper wire underneath.   b. Logik MHF 68 forklift battery charger labeled fork 5598 lacked effective strain relief. The power cord electrical insulation had pulled away from the plug, which was plugged into the electrical outlet. This exposed the electrical wiring underneath.   Bimbo Bakeries USA was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.305(g)(2)(iii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1345837, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/02/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 3310 Panthersville Road, Decatur, Georgia 30034.
