Presidio, 1314 Kobbe Ave. - The employer did not make an initial lead exposure determination for employees tasked with a lead cleaning project of a residential home. Wipe samples taken by both the employer and OSHA were positive for lead dust. Employees are exposed to health hazards associated with lead dust exposure.

29 CFR 1910.1025(l)(1)(i):Each employer who has a workplace in which there is a potential exposure to airborne lead at any level shall inform employees of the content of Appendices A and B of this regulation. Presidio, 1314 Kobbe Ave. - Employees tasked with a residential lead dust cleaning project did not receive required training on the content of Appendices A and B of this regulation. Wipe samples taken by both the employer and OSHA were positive for lead dust. Employees are exposed to the health hazards associated with lead dust exposure.
