29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: Site- On or about June 30, 2021 an employee operating a gas powered cut off saw and an employee spraying water on the pavement while it was being cut were not protected from eye and face injuries where eye and face protection was not required to be worn by the employer.
