29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):"Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of this section. Worksite: Front of the residential home @ 16 Old Glen Charlie Road, Wareham, MA. 02571 On or about 6/24/21 employees were exposed to fall hazards of more than 10 feet to the ground below, where a guardrail system, or personal fall arrest system was not use. The employer Knox Electric Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1495875, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 02/03/21, with respect to a workplace located at 311 Sea Street, Hyannis, MA 02601.
