29 CFR  OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees while standing in an elevated bucket of a backhoe loader, cutting tree limbs.  On July 8, 2021, an employee was standing inside the bucket of a Caterpillar Backhoe Loader, 416D, that was elevated at the time, cutting tree limbs with a hand-held manual trimming tool, exposing the employee to the hazard of falling approximately 12 feet to the ground below.
