29 CFR  1904.39(a)(2):The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye:  (a)	On or about January 21, 2021, for the employee of The Overhead Door Company of Fargo, whose hospitalizing injury, was not reported to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration within 24 hours,  at or near 3125 Fiechtner Drive in Fargo, North Dakota.
