29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by: Packaging Room: 1) Pinch-points created by the conveyor and and sprockets at the feed section of line 2 at the dump station and where the first conveyor meets the second conveyor were not adequately guarded. 2) A chain and sprocket pinch-point of the line 2 packaging machine where the first two conveyors join was not completely enclosed by a guard. 3) Pinch-points created by the lower section of the take-up conveyor belt and rolls in front of the slicing section of line 2 were not adequately guarded. 4) A chain and sprocket pinch-point in front of the slicing section of line 2 was not guarded. 5) The slicer station of packaging line #2 was not adequately guarded to prevent employees from reaching under the guard and contacting the slicer blades.
