29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: On or about April 9, 2021, jobsite located at 5340 NW 163rd St Miami Gardens, FL 33014, an emergency eyewash was not available for employees who worked with corrosive chemicals including, but not limited to Chlorinated Degreaser Potassium Hydroxide and Sodium Hydroxide (with a pH of 13.0 - 13.5) while refilling and dispensing product during sanitation procedures, exposing employees to skin and eye burns.
