29 CFR 1910.266(h)(5)(i): No log shall be moved until each employee is in the clear. On July 10, 2021, approximate time 11:21am during tree removal activities; the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards in that, a zone and/or area to keep employees at a safe distance from the work being performed was not established. An employee standing in proximity to the moving load (tree) was hit when the (Arborist Bull) rope failed.
