29 CFR  1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a. Site (1:17pm) - Employees performing roofing work on a two story condominium complex were not protected from falls of heights between approximately 20 and 26 feet, when fall protection was not utilized.   b. Site (3:46pm) -Employees performing roofing work on a two story condominium complex were still not protected from falls of heights between approximately 20 and 26 feet, when fall protection was still not being utilized, even after being instructed to do so.
