29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1)(i):A list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that is referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet (the list may be compiled for the workplace as a whole or for individual work areas);  On or about July 7, 2021 employees are exposed to chemical hazards, such as but not limited to  Kent� Brake Silencer, Kent� Glass Kleen and Hard Surface Cleaner , Hydraulan� 404, and Drummond Right Dress Stainless Steel Cleaner and Polish, because the employer has not created a list of hazardous chemicals present in the workplace and included it in the written program.

29 CFR  1910.1200(h)(3):The employee training did not include the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(i) through (h)(3)(iv):  On or about June 21, 2021 employees are exposed to health hazards because the employer has not trained employees on : a) Methods and observations that may be used to detect the presence or release of a hazardous chemical in the work area;  b) Methods and observations that may be used to detect the presence or release of a hazardous chemical in the work area; c) The measures employees can take to protect themselves from these hazards, including specific procedures the employer has implemented to protect employees from exposure to hazardous chemicals, such as appropriate work practices, emergency procedures, and personal protective equipment to be used; and,  d) The details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, including an explanation of the labels received on shipped containers and the workplace labeling system used by their employer; the safety data sheet, including the order of information and how employees can obtain and use the appropriate hazard information.
