29 CFR 1926.152(e)(4):Units dispensing flammable or combustible liquids were not protected against collision damage: On or about 6/24/2021, at 785 Innovation Parkway , in plain view of the General Contractor's trailer employees were exposed to burn hazards, in that the employer failed to ensure the following dispensing tanks were protected from collision damage from the vehicles and mobile equipment operated near the tanks: a. 250-gallon, on road diesel, b. (2) 500-gallon, off road diesel, c. 1000-gallon diesel tank, & d. 100-gallon gas tank
