29 CFR 1926.1101(g)(3)(iii): Dust and debris containing asbestos containing material and presumed asbestos containing material were dry swept, shoveled or removed by other dry clean-up methods: (a) On or about July 10, 2021, in a third floor mechanical room, dust and debris containing asbestos containing material and presumed asbestos containing material were dry swept. The floor was swept below the pipe fitting prior to starting glove bag removal of a section of asbestos pipe insulation.
