29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6): Scaffolds were erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that they, or any conductive material handled on them, could have come closer than the minimum distances established for specific voltages as set forth in the table in subparagraph (f)(6): a) On or about June 30, 2021, employees were not protected against contact with energized overhead power lines while performing siding installation work from a pump jack scaffold platform. The overhead power lines consisted of secondary lines having a voltage rating of 120/240 V. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
