Loop 1604 South: On or about July 12, 2021, and at times prior thereto, workers performing metal grinding were exposed to fall hazards while standing on a wooden pallet attached to elevated telehandler forks. LVG Metal Buildings was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(c)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1195394, citation number 1, item number 1and was affirmed as a final order on April, 10, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 10396 FM 1488, Magnolia TX., 77354 .
