29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Employer did not provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment by a competent person. On or about July 5, 2021, and at times prior thereto, workers were performing various construction tasks on balconies without the use of fall protection, exposing the workers to the hazard of falling up to approximately 22-feet to the ground below.
