29 CFR 1910.22(b): The employer did not ensure that each walking-working surface can support the maximum intended load for that surface: (a) Bridge - Employees were exposed to struck-by and fall hazards of approximately sixteen (16) feet in that the employer failed to ensure that a wooden bridge was able to support the load imposed on it by a Skylift Mini-Derrick Super 6000 Low Pro, on or about July 12, 2021. Abatement certification and documentation required.
