29 CFR 1910.23(c)(8): The employer did not ensure that the cap (if equipped) and top step of a stepladder were not used as steps: On or about July 8, 2021, at the front of the residence located at 515 North County Road in Palm Beach, Florida, an employee was exposed to an approximate 7-foot fall hazard while trimming bushes from the top step of an 8-foot step ladder.
