29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):  a) On June 2, 2021, employees engaged in construction activity were not protected from fall hazards while working at approximately 17.3 feet above the ground.  Xpert Project LTD was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1189228, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 22, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 157 Foxhill Dr., Buffalo Grove, IL 60089.  Xpert Project LTD was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1191487, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on December 7, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 1130 Brandywyn Ct., Buffalo Grove, IL 60089.
