29 CFR 1926.152(e)(4): Units dispensing flammable or combustible liquids were not protected against collision damage: On or about 6/24/2021, Outside of the General Contractor's trailer employees were exposed to burn hazards, in that the employer failed to ensure the dispensing 500-gallon tank unit located at or near the road and entrance to the site was protected from collision damage from the vehicles and mobile equipment operated near the units.
