29 CFR 1910.269(p)(4)(i):Mechanical equipment was not operated so that the minimum approach distances of Table R-6 through Table R-10 were maintained from exposed energized lines and equipment: On or about July 9, 2021 employees operating a mobile conveyor belt to load sand into silo were exposed to electrical hazards due to the conveyor belt coming in contact with an energized line.
