29 CFR  1910.23(b)(8): The employer did not ensure that ladders are used only for the purposes for which they were designed.   a) Worksite, 7 Rocklyn Ct., Huntington, New York 11743:   On or about July 12, 2021, An employee over reached on a Stokes Orchard Tripod Ladder while operating an ECHO SHC-2620 Hedge Trimmer to trim trees and was exposed to a fall hazard.   Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
