On or about 07/13/2021, at the site of 75-08 Springfield Blvd. Oak Gardens, NY Employees working on the ground were in danger of head injury from falling objects such as, but not limited to tools and materials from other employees who on the pitch roof throwing them down. Protective helmets were not worn.
