29 CFR  1910.502(f)(2)(i): The employer did not provide a respirator and ensure proper use by each employee who had exposure to a person with suspected or confirmed COVID-19 in accordance with 29 CFR � 1910.134.    a) WellNow Urgent Care 200 East 1st Street, Oswego, NY, on or about 7/14/21: The employer failed to provide a respirator and ensure proper use by each employee, including ensuring each employee was fit tested, in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.134 when employees had exposure to patients with suspected or confirmed COVID-19. The employer provided and required employees to wear "KN95s", blue surgical face masks, and N95 respirators when providing care and interacting with suspected or confirmed COVID-19 patients. Employees working as physician's  assistants (PAs), nurse practitioners (NPs), personal care technicians (PCTs), licensed practical nurses (LPNs), x-ray technicians and front-desk receptionists providing care to suspected and/or confirmed COVID-19 patients, were not provided with the required site specific information, such as adequate workplace- specific policies and procedures.
