29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (Construction Reference: 1926.59)  At the jobsite located at 9000 Greely St, Lenexa, KS, employees engaged in residential roofing activities were exposed to gasoline, asphalt shingles, and adhesive, which can cause skin and eye irritation, vision loss, and loss of consciousness in that the employer had not developed and implemented a written comprehensive hazard communication program.  Lenin Salas DBA KCH Remodeling LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1200(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1479608, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 11/10/20, with respect to a workplace located at 167th & Century, Overland Park, KS.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use:  At the jobsite located at 9000 Greely St, Lenexa, KS, employees engaged in residential roofing activities were exposed to gasoline, asphalt shingles, and adhesive, which can cause skin and eye irritation, vision loss, and loss of consciousness in that the employer did not maintain the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical used at the workplace.  Lenin Salas DBA KCH Remodeling LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1200(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1479608, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 11/10/20, with respect to a workplace located at 167th & Century, Overland Park, KS.
