29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):Frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment were not made by a competent person(s) designated by the employer: JOB SITE: 1037 Trelane Avenue, Saint Louis, MO, on or about 7/14/2021, Frequent and regular inspections of the job sites were not made by a competent person. Workers were observed on a 2:12 pitch roof, actively installing new roof shingles, approximately 11 feet 9 inches above ground, without fall protection. Workers were operating pneumatic nail guns without eye or face protection, and the ladder side rails were not extended at least 3 feet above the upper landing surface being accessed. Workers were exposed to multiple hazards.
