29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): The employer shall provide portable fire extinguishers and shall mount, locate and identify them so that they are readily accessible to employees without subjecting the employees to possible injury.  On or about July 14, 2021, multiple fire extinguishers were blocked or not located as per the Fire extinguisher sign indicated throughout the job site.  1.	Location #1 Fire extinguisher without sign in the main FAB shop east wall. 2.	Location #2 Main Fab shop westside Fire extinguisher sign but no extinguisher.  3.	Location #3 Fire extinguisher sign but no extinguisher at the location, west side of the clean area next to wash bay #2. 4.	Location #4 Fire Extinguisher blocked by machinery main fab shop east wall.
